Prototype Pierre rendering only on surfaces where review behavior is not endangered.

Scope:

Enable or prototype Pierre for compare/propose pages and other non-review diff surfaces first.
Optionally test read-only PR rendering for signed-out or explicitly non-review contexts using /pulls/<index>.diff.
Do not ship this as the final PR Files Changed implementation.

Acceptance:

We learn whether parsed raw PR diffs map cleanly to Forgejo file boxes.
Visual and performance behavior is measured without breaking review actions.
The prototype is gated or limited so native PR review remains the default until the bridge exists.

Depends on: PR diffs 2 and PR diffs 3.
