Summary

match configured forge host aliases against the parsed remote host instead of the full remote URL
keep configured host overrides working for actual hosts while ignoring forge names in repo/user paths
add detection coverage for path-only forge aliases

Closes #662

Verification

nix develop .#ci --command just test spec/detect_spec.lua
nix develop .#ci --command just ci

Remote Forgejo CI was not awaited because the Spark runner is down.
