Removes the README quick-start section added in #673. The README should stay concise and defer first-run workflows to vimdoc/help instead of carrying a quick-start block.

Local verification:

  • nix develop .#ci --command just format
  • nix develop .#ci --command just ci

Remote Forgejo CI was not awaited because the Spark runner is down.
