Summary:

  • Validate keys.log.filter with the existing key config rules.
  • Add a regression assertion for malformed log filter bindings.

Verification:

  • nix develop .#ci --command just test spec/config_validation_spec.lua
  • nix develop .#ci --command just ci

Closes #661

Remote Forgejo CI was not awaited because the Spark runner is down.
