Summary

add vimdoc-language-server format --check to just format
accept vimdoc-language-server formatting output
align rockspec license metadata with the GPL-3.0 LICENSE and deploy workflows

Verification

vimdoc-language-server format --check doc/
vimdoc-language-server check doc/
just format
just lint
git diff --check

Notes

No old public email variants were present in the working tree.
LICENSE and workflow metadata were already GPL-3.0; the rockspec had drifted to MIT and is corrected here.
