Summary:

  • replace the self-hosting checklist with a concise NixOS walkthrough
  • make README point at one self-hosting entry point
  • add a docs-only self-hosting verification helper
  • link to the extracted VPS Delta Nix module

Verification:

  • direnv exec . pnpm format

Merging with admin bypass without waiting for remote CI.
