Summary

  • add write-only reminder transport config forms for Twilio and Telegram in settings/integrations
  • expose reminder transport configuration status through a dedicated settings API without returning stored secrets
  • keep system-scoped transport setup and reusable reminder endpoints together in the reminders settings area while leaving Signal labeled beta/unavailable

Test plan

  • nix develop -c ./scripts/ci.sh
