Summary

  • align the rockspec license metadata with the GPL-3.0 LICENSE and deploy metadata

Verification

  • just format
  • just lint
  • git diff --check

Notes

  • No tracked old public email variants were found.
  • No doc/ vimdoc directory exists, so vimdoc-language-server format --check doc/ and vimdoc-language-server check doc/ do not apply.
  • LICENSE and Forgejo deploy workflow metadata already use GPL-3.0.
