Use enum values reported by the exact numeric-8.7
flags-as-protocatalog for joined and separate flag values. Completion is command-scoped and preserves the spelling already being edited; diagnostics reject only values contradicted by exact enum metadata.Without an exact 8.7 catalog, the server provides no native value claims. Converter names are metadata, not a complete grammar, so arbitrary converter emulation remains outside this issue.
