Blocked by the configuration-view foundation.

Provide one consistent identity for a named configuration across applicable command scopes and expose it through:

textDocument/references, respecting includeDeclaration;
current-document read/write highlights;
document symbols for declarations;
workspace symbols for published and open-buffer declarations.

Open buffers replace saved sites from the same path. Every range names only the configuration name, not its command prefix or --config spelling.
