Problem

Nightly releases were previously moved under the deploy workflow prefix, so main shows both deploy / Deploy and deploy / Nightly. After the LuaRocks workflow experiments, that shared prefix is more confusing than helpful.

Solution

Restore the nightly workflow name to nightly while leaving the job name and quality polling unchanged. Main should render production deploy as deploy / Deploy and nightly release as nightly / Nightly.
