Problem

Nightly releases were previously moved under the deploy workflow prefix. After the LuaRocks workflow experiments, that shared prefix is more confusing than helpful for release/nightly jobs.

Solution

Restore the nightly workflow name to nightly while leaving the nightly job and release script behavior unchanged. Main should render the nightly release as nightly / Nightly instead of deploy / Nightly.
