Validate and fix review behavior after the native repaint bridge lands.

Scope:

Add line comments on old and new sides in unified and split mode.
Submit pending reviews, reply to existing conversations, resolve/reopen if available, and show outdated conversations.
Toggle viewed-file checkboxes and verify summary counts update.
Verify anchors/permalinks for L, R, and hunk links.

Acceptance:

Existing Forgejo PR review workflows work after custom repaint.
Newly inserted comment forms inherit the correct styling and do not get detached from their line metadata.
Native fallback remains possible on files with unsupported or unexpected row structure.
