Scope: split log parsing by provider from buffer rendering/fold/extmark application.

Constraints: preserve parsed shape, ANSI/caret CSI handling, GitHub step metadata, Forgejo act handling, GitLab section durations, fold levels, and highlight groups.

Verification: log specs and full local CI before PR.
