Scope: move compose buffer/session/autocmd/restore-on-failure lifecycle out of lua/forge/compose/init.lua into a focused session module.

Constraints: preserve acwrite, :w save-only behavior, :wq submit, :ForgeSubmit, failed-submit restoration, split behavior, and b:forge metadata.

Verification: compose abandon/split/create/edit specs and full local CI before PR.
