Goal

Record a short forge.nvim preview video for the v0.2.1 release/announcement cycle.

Suggested flow

Use a non-destructive demo path:

  1. :checkhealth forge
  2. :lua require("forge").open() root picker
  3. PR list and PR checks/logs from existing data
  4. issue or PR compose buffer without submitting
  5. source yank / browse for current file or range
  6. release picker browse/copy actions

Constraints

  • Do not rely on new Forgejo CI runs while the Spark runner is down.
  • Avoid destructive release/PR/issue actions in the recording.
  • Keep this separate from the r/neovim + Matrix announcement follow-up.
