Release picker rows can still render with the wrong dynamic width and cut off right-side fields.

Scope:

  • reproduce specifically in the releases picker, not only PR rows
  • verify the dynamic width derivation used for release rows
  • add coverage for the release picker row-width behavior

Non-goals:

  • do not redesign picker mappings here
  • do not fold this into unrelated PR/issue picker width work
