Part of #358.

Goal

Perform the final end-to-end readiness pass for stacked generated diffs before closing the tracker.

Scope

  • Confirm generated diff actions and navigation still work with stacked rails.
  • Exercise the relevant worktree, staged, mixed, untracked, and conflict states.
  • Confirm stacked generated buffers preserve single rails across reload.

Non-goals

  • Do not add new product behavior in this issue.
  • Do not relax existing behavior to make stacked pass.

Acceptance criteria

  • :Gdiff ++layout=stacked supports hunk navigation, source opening, dp, and Visual dp on worktree changes.
  • Staged generated diffs support hunk navigation, do, and Visual do where the edge supports unstaging.
  • Mixed staged and unstaged files keep the expected edge selection.
  • Untracked files render as all-added stacked generated diffs and remain stageable.
  • Conflicted files render the generated merge diff and conflict maps resolve the working file.
  • :edit reload on a stacked generated buffer preserves single rails.
