v0.3.3 Migration Release

Accept old config, normalize to the new shape where there is a real equivalent, and warn once with removal targeted at 0.4.0.

Migration work:

hide_prefix -> view.prefix = false
integrations.fugitive.horizontal / .vertical -> fixed du / dU
warn on highlights.gutter; replace the user-facing idea with view.bar / view.numbers
remove/warn on old conflict display options that no longer fit the final surface
warn on :Gdiff ++novertical -> :Ghdiff

v0.4.0 Removal Release

Remove deprecated config support and document only the final config surface. Keep in-view diffs:// mappings fixed, keep highlight customization, and tighten conflict.keymaps validation.
