Scope

Keep the user docs concise and accurate:

document the v0.3.3 migration warnings and old-to-new config mapping
document the final v0.4.0 config surface without implementation-journal commentary
keep :Gdiff, :Greview, :Greview ++layout=split, command completion, and diffs:// view behavior accurate

Done

migration notes are clear for v0.3.3
final docs are clean for v0.4.0
provisional/history/agent-facing commentary is gone
