Decision

Separate mobile app strategy is out of scope.

The launch target is the existing web app. Mobile work should be limited to keeping the responsive web UI usable; no PWA/offline app, Expo app, native app, or app-store path is part of the current roadmap.

Replacement

Track low-risk responsive polish through the UI cleanup issue instead of maintaining a separate mobile product plan.

Closed scope

PWA-first mobile strategy.
Expo or native app research.
App store/TestFlight planning.
Offline mobile architecture.
