Summary

  • add a whatsapp.twilio reminder adapter with Twilio runtime support built around ContentSid and ContentVariables
  • expose WhatsApp transport config in settings, including the Twilio messaging service and approved content template identifiers
  • update reminder UI copy and automated tests to reflect the WhatsApp transport contract and supported adapter set
