Problem

Versioning needs to be consistent across the app, CLI, tags, docs, and deploy artifacts.

Scope

Decide where the canonical version lives.
Wire CLI/app version output to that source.
Document tag and release naming for the zerover line.
Make the v0.1.0/v0.1.1 milestones match the release surface.
