Decision

Voice-to-text is out of scope for the current launch line.

The app already has text entry and NLP recurrence parsing. Audio capture would add browser permissions, provider choice, privacy/retention policy, transcription errors, mobile-specific UX, and additional secrets before the core tracker is stable.

Closed scope

Browser microphone capture.
Local or hosted transcription provider integration.
Audio retention or privacy policy work.
Voice-driven task creation UX.

Kept scope

Text-based task creation and NLP parsing remain in scope.
