Summary

  • add Forgejo migration notices to README and vimdoc
  • add the one-time GitHub-source warning with a state-file marker
  • update Forgejo issue templates, GitHub PR redirect, LuaRocks action versions, and the quality wait script guard

Verification

  • nix develop .#ci --command just format
  • nix develop .#ci --command just lint
  • nix develop .#ci --command just test
  • git diff --check
  • rendered the README note through the Forgejo markdown API
  • verified :help cp.nvim-migration after helptags generation
  • verified a GitHub-origin checkout warns once, a second open with the same state warns zero times, the legacy barrett-ruth GitHub origin warns, and a Forgejo-origin checkout warns zero times

Note: just lint exits 0 but still prints existing ty unused-ignore diagnostics in scraper files.
